I think you have ever been teased by your friend about your weight . So you think you will lose your weight in one day .But you tried to lose your weight by work out in many times and many ways but your weight was not decrease that made you feel hopeless. At the end, you stop working out and you gained weight again. Today I gonna recommend you how to change yourself for better life.I have 3 ways to motivate you.
Now. We have to take a look the obstacle that make your change unsuccess.That is excuses. Someone is determinated to do something when he met the obstacle that make him exhuasted .He always has an excuse to not do that. For example, doesn't have any times to do, Not avaliable or busy. So if you want to go ahead , you haven't to excuse before.
Firstly, thing that you have to do is to find the reason that you want to do or set the goal that you want because if you don't have it. There is no thing to inspire you to do anything frequently. If you have it such as to want to lose your weight because you want to be an actor , you want to be good at english because you want to live in America. Write it down in the note and attach it in the wall or the fridge that you always see it or post the goal on facebook to annouce the people that you will do it happends seriously. There are three kinds of person who see this post. The first one is the person who encourages you. The second one is the person who does not care about something that you post and ther others is the person who insults you that you can' t change yourself. There are two aspects of that insult you choose to think . The first aspect is an insult make you give up that means you can' t do it that they said. The others is an insult inspire you and prove them wrong.

Secondly, To disipline yourself and be patient to do something . Don't give up if you haven't succeed. Certainly, you must have more times to do something succeed . It's not only one day or two days for the result ,you must do it repeatly. So it will make you bored or make you tired. I let you think like this. You have to accept the Difficulty . If you attemp to have something changed , you will be tired certainly. Because Getting off doing old thing ( comfort zone ) to do the new thing is so hard. Be patient in the begining. If you pass it. You are used to the new thing.You will do it easier and happy to do it. When you meet the obstacle .You shold to be a fighter. Don't be a victim of nervousness or failure. Don't be afraid of change. You might lose something good, but you'll gain something better. When you're hopeless.You will encourage yourself because no one can encourage you as good as you.

Thirdly , Let do it is the phrase that you don't forget. This phrase is a spell that make you go ahead. Don't be distracted. Try to do it .Do it repeatly and see your goal every day. If you are tired ,you should be rest. When you are enthusiasted. you do it determinated. There is easy way to do it if your goal is out of your power. you can divide it in many steps.You should step it up like you step the stair in every day. One day you will reach to the success and you are proud of yourself. I will encourage you
